12 points for a great year in 2015

May you all have a safe, happy and prosperous new year.

Please take care, it is known to be the most risky time on the roads and there are many police about to raise revenue and extract it from you.

May 2015 be a blessing to all of you.

Remember a few key things to ensure your quality of life:

1. Be thankful for everyday one is alive;

2. Tell someone everyday you love them;

3. Hug someone everyday (unless you live in the desert – hug yourself);

4. Take an hour out everyday to be at peace and to think. Meditate, as well as take 20 to 30 minute to walk – gets positive hormones going as well as keeping one in shape;

5. Smile every day. You will infect others;

6. Make your plans for 2015 before 2014 finishes. If you fail to plan you will plan to fail! What do you wish to achieve in 2015?;

7. Spend time with family and key friends;

8. Never ever overwork;

9. Identify sources of any stress and eliminate it;

10. Make every day count. What can you do to contribute to a better world?;

11. If there are issues concerning you that you are dissatisfied with, deal with them ASAP so you can move on with a clear conscience;and

12. Be at peace always.
